My second day of February began at 10:00 a.m. by going into the kitchen,so as to drink a hot cup of apple cider while eating my fruit. At 10:20 I then some pancakes for breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom at 10:36, so as to make my bed. At 10:40 I then brushed my teeth and shaved before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in two puffs of air with my inhaler, at 11:00 I began to do my stroke and back stretches. At 11:30 I began to do my upper body workout. After doing so, I had strapped on my ankle weights and worked my legs. At 12:00 I then watched the news. At 12:30 I then lied down to rest, and slept until 3:30. I then took a shower and got comfortable for the evening before eating dinner. At 4:40, I then returned to my bedroom at 4:40 so as to blog of my day.
