Changing the sheets on my bed

 My Friday morning began at :10 a>m. by going into the kitchen to eat my fruit while drinking cup of hot cocoa. After doing so, at 9:50 I then had a slice of french toast. After doing so, at 9:45 I then brushed my teeth. At 10:00 I changed the sheets on my bed then making it. At 10:15 I then put in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air, I then order a medication that I was running low on. At 11:08 I began to do my back stretches. At. 11:30 I then did my ankle stretches. I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. I then grabbed my hand grippes and began to squeeze them. I then began to do my stroke stretches. At 11:40 I began to work my upper body with my weights. At 12:00 I then watched the news at noon. After doing so, I then lied down to rest and slept from o12:30-2:20. I then shaved and took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 4:45 I then pulled up my blog, so as to type of my day, before eating dinner.
