My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by by eating my fruit. I then had an egg, ham, and cheese sandwich in my camp that my father made to bring out to me do to the pouring rain. At 5:50 I then brushed my teeth and shaved before taking my shower and getting dressed for the day. Once I had put in my eye and nose drops in, I then used my inhaler. United Wheelchair had arrived at 7:00. I arrived at WestSide at 8:30. I sat in the lobby briefly before going to the gym for my 9:00 a.m. P.T. appointment with Dan. I began my session on the Nu Step on level four for twenty minutes. I then went on the parallel bars to side step on the bosu ball. Dan then had me forward step on the bosu ball. Dan then had me out in the hallway doing some backward walking, then some side stepping. At 10:00 I then went to craft room for poetry group with Skylar. Today she had us write a poem about summer vacation in new England. At 11:00 during cribbage group I was only able to get in one game with another client within the hour and lost. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch. At 12:30 I then meet with Innis. today we spoke about applying to the Iris network. In doing so, Inis told me to look in my e-mail and mail for a reply. I then showed her my new book. At 1:30 Sam had us making sugar cookies, I made cucumber salad. and the main dish was made. After sitting in the lobby for forty-five minutes, my ride finally arrived. I arrived at camp at 555:15. I went into my camp to take a shower to get comfortable for the evening. I then had a bowl of clam chowder with toasted biscuits.. Once I had finished eating, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
