My Friday morning began at 7:30 a.m. by going into the kitchen by drinking a cup of hot cocoa while eating my fruit. At 7:37 I then had a bowl of hot cereal with banana and half of an english muffin. At 7:51 I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. At 8:10 I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air. At 8:15 I then went back to bed and slept until 11:00. Once I had made my bed, I then began to to my back stretches. while listening to my audio book. At 11:35 I continued with my stroke stretches. At 11:40 I then worked my upper body by doing my weight exercises. At 11:50 I had strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. At 12:00 I then had a salad for lunch, before before returning to my bedroom to brush my teeth and take two tylenol for my headache. I then lied down to rest at 122:552 and slept until 3:17. After taking a shower and getting comfortable for the evening I pulled up my blog and typed of my day before eating homemade pizza for dinner with my parents.
