My Sunday morning began at 8:50 a.m. by going into the kitchen to drink a cup of hot cocoa while eating my fruit. After doing so, I then had a cheese omelet with half of an english muffin and quarter of a banana. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 9:25 to brush my teeth. At 9:34 I had put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. After making my bed, at 9:38 I then did my back stretches. After doing so, I then put an ice pack on my back, as I lay on top of my bed for an hour, hitting every part of my back. At 11:05 I began to do my stroke stretches. At 11:12 I had finished my workout. At 11:15 I then watched Hal Mark until. While doing so, I had some triscuits and cottage cheese at 11:30 along with a small glass of egg nog. At 12:00 I then brushed my teeth. After sleeping from 1122:15-3:15 I shaved and took a shower before pulling up my blog at 4:25, so as to type of my day.
