My first day back to WestSide since my concussions in late August

My Wednesday morning began unexpectedly at 8:00 a.m. by United Wheelchair arriving in my driveway. I jumped out of bed as quickly as I could. Once I was dressed and washed my face, I brushed my teeth and grabbed a banana on my way out the door. I arrived at WestSide at 10:00 a.m. just in time for my P.T. assessment with Caryn. Once inside the gym, I put my things down and the P.T. assessment began. Caryn first had me in the parallel bars doing some side kicking. She then had me doing forward and backward kicking. Caryn then had go over to the new step to cycle for ten minutes. Caryn then had me walking laps out in the hallway. At 11:00 I then went into Milo's office for a counseling assessment. We spoke about my interest and goals that I might like to get out of returning back to WestSide. At 12:00 I then went home on United Wheelchair. I arrived home at 1:30. Once I was comfortable, I then had something to eat. Once I had finished eating, I returned to my bedroom at 1:40 to brush my teeth, I then lied down to rest. I slept until 4:10 before waking and taking a shower. Once I was comfortable, at 4:55 I sat down, pulled up my blog and typed of my first day back to WestSide.
