My first day back to WestSide

 My Monday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by going into the kitchen to eat my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal with banana, with half of of an english muffin with jam. At 5:50 I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth and shave. Once I had made my bed, at 6:10 I began to do my back stretches. At 6:20 I then took a shower, so as to get ready fro the day ahead. Once I was dressed, I then put in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. I left for my first day back to WestSide since my two concussions on United Wheelchair. Upon my arrival at 9:00 I went into Sam's office for my recreational therapy assessment. She reevaluated my interests before playing a game of cribbage which we were not able to finish. At 11:00 I then had my speech therapy assessment with Emma. Emma asked me about my swallowing problems since my last stroke, I told her I have a hard time swallowing some of my medications. She then did some association and attention testing with me. At 11:00 I then went home. I arrived home at 12:15. Once I had a bite to eat, I then returned to my bedroom at 12:30 to brush my teeth and get comfortable. At 12:40 I then lied down to rest and slept until 4:00. After taking a shower, I then went into the kitchen to eat dinner. At 4:50 I then called United Wheelchair to see if my pick up time and location was o.k. I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
