My Friday morning began at 10:00 a.m. by going into the kitchen to eat my fruit while drinking a cup of tea. At 10:20 I then had some peach cobbler At 10:30 I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. At 10:45 I put in my eye and nose drops. I then took in two puffs of air with my inhaler. I then put some clean laundry away. After writing out my next weeks WestSide schedule off my email, at 11:20 I began to do my back stretches. At 11:40 I then continued with my stroke stretches. At 11:46 I then grabbed my dumbbells and began to do my weight exercises. At 11:50 I then finished my workout. At 12:00 I watched the news at noon before laying down to rest at 12:30 and slept until 33:00. Once I had taken a shower and was comfortable for the evening, I then went into the kitchen at 3:30 to eat dinner. I then returned to my bedroom at 4:30 to blog of my day.
