My Saturday morning began at 10:00 a.m. by making my bed. At 10:20 I then had a cup of cocoa while eating my fruit. At 10:40 I then had a bowl of cereal with banana along with a corn muffin along with a glass of orange juice. At 11:00 I then brushed my teeth and shaved. After putting in my eye and nose drops I the. took in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 11:30 I then cleaned my bathroom. At 11:50 I filled my empty pill containers. At 12:440 I then read an article before dusting the furniture in my bedroom. At 1:40 I began to do my back stretches. At 2:00 I then continued with my stroke stretches. At 2:05 I then did my leg exercises. At 2:20 I then did my arm exercises. At 2:25 I then lied down to rest and slept until 4:35. After taking a shower and getting comfortable for the evening, I then ate dinner. Once I had finished eating, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
