My Tuesday morning began at 9:30 a.m. by making my bed. I then went into the kitchen at 9:35 I then ate my fruit while drinking a hot cup of apple cider. At 10:00 I then had an egg with a slice of toast with some sausage along with some cucumbers and tomato's. Once I had finished eating, at 10:20 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, at 10:35 I then began to do my back stretches. At 11:00 I then continued with my stroke stretches. At 11:10 I then began to do weight exercises. At 11:15 I then finished my workout. At 11:25 I then shaved before working on my sticker book. At 12:00 I then watched the news at noon. At 1:00 I had lied down to rest and slept until 4:00. After taking a shower and getting comfortable for the evening, I then ate dinner at 4:30. At 5:10 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
