My Saturday morning began at 10:20 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 10:35 I then had an egg with a slice of toast, home-fries, aand a peace of salmon. At 11:10 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in two puffs of air, at 11:25 I then made my bed. At 11:30 I then did my back stretches preceded by doing my stroke stretches. At 12:15 I then grabbed my dumbbells and began to do my arm exercises. I then continued with my leg exercises after strapping on my ankle weights. At 12:15 I then shaved before filling out my fathers day card. At 12:35 I then did my CT exercises on line for speech therapy at WestSide. I then had a glass of ginger ale mixed cranberry juice while doing my sticker book. At 3:00 I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 3:20 I then ate an early dinner. At 3:55 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
