My Saturday morning began at 10:40 a.m. by getting dressed fot the day and going into the main camp. Once inside, I then ate my fruit while drinking a cup of apple cider. I then had four biscuits, and the other half of my omlet from yesterday. Once I had finished eating, at 11:25 I then returned to my camp to brush my teeth before putting in my eye nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, At 12:10 I began to do my typing exercises. I then called the pharmacy to order some medication. At 1:00 I then did my back stretches. After doing so, I began to do the stretches that I have been doing since having my stroke. At 1:11 I had strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. At 1:18 I grabbed my dumbbells then began to work my upper body. At 1:23 I then used my handgrips squeezing them five times for thirty seconds each. I then ended my workout by doing my back stretches once again. At 1:53 I had lie down to rest and slept until 4:00. After taking a shower and getting comfortable for the evening, I had pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
