I began my Friday morning at 8:00 a.m. today I decided to put something into my stomache before stretching. Once I had finished stretching I thenroad the bike until 9:45. Once I had finished exercizing, I then began a load of laundry. It is amazing now my bad leg is strong enough now so that I don;t have to follow the rules to climbing stairs. Up wigh the good leg and down with the bad. Thank you Jared.Once the laundry was going, I then wect on face book to write back to some people.
