My final days or rehab

Once I was up this morning streetching at 3:00 a.m. I did so for an hour. I then rested til 7:00 nodding off now and then. I then got up to start my day. At 8:15 during my P.T. sesiong with Jerad and Audry they first had me walking outside with a rolator. We then went back inside to practisc climbing stairs. Just for precautions Audry strapped her gate belt to my waist. But giving me distance as I walked. Once the session was over I thanked Jerad for all his help. I still have one more week but he is leaving on vacation. He then gave me permission to walk with my cane indipendently using my cane in my room. Then during my O.T. sesssion with Erica, she first had me do the arm bike, then she had me doing arm exercizes with weights in my arms. We then walked around the rehab unit. At 12:00 I went back to my room to eat spaghetti for lunch. At 12:30 I rested before my speech session with Lynn, I downloaded more music onto my Itouch and Laptop. Erica then ame into my room during my session with Lynn. We then made plans to walk to D-N-D tomorrow the three of us. At 2:15 I stretched until 2:53. At 4:00 Sally stopped by but I was sleeping. At 4:30 I called her on her cell phone but she was already home. I then talked to stacie before eating dinner. I then spoke to mom and dad. Deb then stopped by at 5:30. Greg then stopped by a short time later. My friend Dee Dee called to see how I was doing. I then soon called it a night.
