balancing exercises during P.T. Amanda

I began this morning at 6:00 a.m. by stretching in my bedroom. At 7:oo a.m. I then went to the kitchen to eat my breakfast. I had a peanutbutter and bananna sanwhich. At 7:30 I then went downstairs to ride the swin air dine. I was able to burn 144 calories in twenty minutes. After my shower I then got ready to go to WestSide. Upon my arrivel to WestSide for 11:00 I had my P.T. session with Amanda. Today she had me doing balance exercises. First she had me do it with my eyes ope n thenclosed. Se then had me cross my arms then she had me look up, down, and to the side. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch. Once I had finished eating my lunch I then went to Nancy's office for my O.T. sesstion at 1 :00. We first made a phone call to the division of the blind and visually impaired. In doing so I had hoped to get connected with someone for some ideas for computer use. She also was telling me about another client and how he uses an ipad every day. We then worked on ways to increase the zoom on my computer. At 2:00 I then left for home on United. Upon my arrivel home at 3:30. I then put my gym shorts on so as to go ride the swin air dine for a half an hour. At 4:00 I then went to my bedroom to do my stretching routine for an hour. After I had finished my exercizes I then took my shower. I then folded the laundry. Once I had put the laundry away, I went to the kitchen to eat dinner. At 6:30 I sat down to work on my blog before going to bed.
