Flaws in the schedule

I began my morning as usual this morning at 6:00 A.M. by stretching those muscles for an hour. I then went to the kitchen to eat my breakfast. At 7:20 I then went downstairs to ride the swin air dine for fifty minutes. At 8:00 I then began to get ready to go to WestSide. At 9:30 I finally took it upon myself to call the dispatcher at United WheelChair to see what time they'd be picking me up. There was a mix up. He hadn't planned for me to come in today. He was refuring to my schedule pryor to my stroke. On Thursday's I didn't go into West Side for theropy. I then called Mellisa the receptionist at WestSide. Who in turn said she would straighten things out. I then sat down to wattch television while waiting for her call. At 11:00 I then called my mother to let her know what was going on and that I wouls be home for the day. I then sat down to eat my lunch. At 11:30 I then did my stretching exercizes before lying down to rest. At 12:15 I lied down to rest. I was so tired I slept until 3:30. Once I was up I then called Kevin the dispatcher at United Wheelchair to see when I would be picked up to go to my appoinment tomorrow at New England Brace. It is scheduled for 8:45. He then appologized for the mix up today. He had a note reminding him of my appointment but some how miss placed it. Oh well we all make mistakes. At 3:30 I soaked my foot to see if that would help with soarness the brace was causing. At Talked briefly on the telephone before heading back downstairs to ride the swin air dine for the second time today for another thirty minutes. At 5:00 I took my shower and got comfortable for the night. I soon then sat down to eat dinner with my parents. mmmmmm spaghetti. At 7:00 I then went to my room to chat with Brianna on face book before turning to my blog. 8:30 I called it a day.
