I began my Tuesday morning at 8:00 a.m. by stretching those muscles. After I had ordered my medication at the pharmacy, I then went into the kitchen to make myself a bananna sandwhich for breakfast. At 9:15 I then went downstairs to ride the swin air dine for a half an hour. After burning off 238 caleries I then began to do my weight exercises. At 10:00 I then took a shower. Once I had done the dish's, I sat down to watch t.v. for fourty-five mminutes before making myself a grilled cheeze for lunch. At 12:15 I did some stretching exercises, before lying down to rest at 12:30. After I had slept for an hour, I then got up to finish my exercises. At 2:00 I sat in the formal living room to listen to some music on my Iphone. At 2:30 I then went to my bedroom to do some more stretching and weight lifting. At 4:50 I road the swin air dine for twenty minutes. At 5:15 I then took a shower before sitting down to eat dinner with my parents. I then went to my bedroom to blog before going to bed.
