Discussing how the presentation went
My Wednesday morning began this day at 6:00 a.m. I had gone out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and eat some fruit before having a bowl of hot cereal and toast. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth and shave before taking my shower. After doing so, I had packed my knapsack, then grabbed my lunch and out the door I went. I had arrived at WestSide at 9:15, giving myself just enought to bring my things to my locker. I then had met with Maria for my counseling session. I had showed the speech I had read yesturday in front of the kids at the Cascade Brook School. We then talked about the presentation itself. At 10:00 I had then made my way to the gym for my P.T. session with Matt. Matt first had me walking on the tredmill for twenty minutes raising and lowereing the incline as I did so. We then went to the conference room where the t.v. was so as to do wii bowling. As I we were bowling we stood on the erix pad to challange our ballance as we did so. After two games, I then stayed in the conference for Brain Injury Education Group. Today we first reviewed with Deb and Michelle how the presentation had gone yesturday at the Cascade Brook Middle School. We then discussed doing a presentation to new staff and clients at WestSide. We also talked about going to the Goodwill Store. At 12:00 I had gone to the dining area to eat my lunch. After doing so, I had made my way to the conference room for support group. We first talked about how the presentation had gone yesturday, before opening up to share thoughts about our week. At 2:00 United Wheelchair had taken me home. I had arrived home at 3:30, thus sleeping all the way. I then went strait to bed at 3:30 upon my arrival home. I had slept until 5:30 before getting up to eat dinner. I then returned to my bedroom to blog.
