Presentation at the cascade Brook School

I began my Tuesday morning at 9:00 a.m. by making my bed. I then started in with my stretching. After doing so, I had gone out into the kitchen to eat breakfast. Once I had finished eating some french toast, I had gone back to my bedroom to brush my teeth and shave. At 10:00 I then continued with my stretching. After doing so I then preceded with my lower then upper weight exercises. At 10:30 I then sat down to fill my pill containers for the week. At 10:45 I then called the pharmacy to refill my prescriptions. At 10:50 I then layed down to rest. I had slept ntil 1:00 before getting up. After taking a shower, I called my grandmother to see how her day was going and to let her what I would be doing later today. At 2:40 My father had brought me to the Cascade Brook Middle School. I had arrived there as kids were being let out of school. I had sat and watched as there bus numbers were being called. The teacher then brought me to the room the kids were in, so that I could get the presentation going while waiting for the rest of the group. I had told my story, thus getting the kids interest. The rest of the group had arrived with Deb and Michelle as I was reading my story. The other two clients then told the group their story's following mine. Once we had finished our story's the kids were prepared with questions ask us. Well thought out questions indeed. We then had the kids do some activities to wrap up the presentation. We then handed out our packet of hand outs before sitting down to a snack of cookies and grancrackers with a fruit drink. After our snack the teacher ask us if we would not mind being in a group picture with the kids. After the group picture, the teachers had thanked me personally for getting this initiating this presentation. At 4:45 my father had picked me up at the school. We had arrived home at 5:18. I then got myself comfortable before sitting down to eat dinner. At 6:10 I then went to my bedroom to call my granndmother to let her know how the presentation went. I then pulled up my blog and began to type.
