Taking things nice and slow
My Thursday morning began this day at 6:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to get my medication. Once I had taken it, I had fallen back to sleep until 9:00. I then preceded to get up and start my day. Once I had eaten some fruit and drank my hot cocoa, I had toasted an english muffin and fixed myself a bowl of cereal. Once I had finished eating, I had picked up the kitchen. Once things were clean I had brushed my teeth before starting in to workout. I have to start sometime. Preceding at a slower pace then usual, so as not to trigger a seizure in some form, I started to stretch, nice and slowly. After doing so I then preceded with my weight exercises, cutting each workout in half. At 10:30 I then preceded to call my grandmother to see how her morning was going thus far. At 10:45 I then sat down to relax. At 11:34 I had made myself a sandwich for lunch. Once I had finished eating I had brushed my teeth before laying down to sleep. I did so for three hours before waking. I then got up, so as to help my mother in with the groceries. I then began to unpack them. After doing so, I had made myself an ice cream float to bring into my room. Once I had taken a shower, I sat down to enter my daily blog entree.
