Working on my personal story during my session with Michelle.

My monday morning began on this day at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of to do my stretching exercises. After thirty minutes of tugging at my body, I then shaved before strapping on my ankle weights. I then began to work my legs. At 5:44 I had taken my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:00 I had gone out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and to eat some fruit, while my mother had made me dropped egg on toast. I had finished eating by 6:30. I had then gone back into my bedroom to brush my teeth. I then clean my bathroom before sitting down to fill my pill containers for the week. At 6:55 I then grabbed my book to read while waiting for United Wheelchair to arrive. I had arrived to WestSide at 9:00 a.m. thus putting my lunch and things into my locker. At 9:00 Michelle and I continued to work on my personal story for Brain Injury Education Group, so as to be able to read out in the community when doing presentations. At 10:00 During poetry group, I had worked on nonsense poetry with Carina. It is a poem simular to a nursry rhyme. At 11:00 I had then gone down to the kitchen for baking basics. Today Casey had me and another client making scones. Once we had completed the recipe we then looked cookbooks for next weeks meal. At 12:30 I had eaten my lunch before taking my shower. At 1:00 I had my rehab session with Deb. During our session we had worked with pinterest looking for a workout video for my to use to stretch and exercise to. During my hour long break from 2:00-3:00 I had briefly spoke to Sally the nurse about the blurry vision my new medication is causing me to have. She had let me know that she would call my doctor and get back to me. At 3:00 during social group, we play uno and skip-bo with Casey to help drum up conversation. At 4:00 Rocky from United Wheelchair then brought me home. I had arrived home at 5:30 thus going inside to get comfortable before sitting down to blog. I then ate dinner.
