Another AURA!!!!

My Tuesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting up to stretch. After doing so I had then taken a shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:40 I had gone out into the kitchen so as to my breakfast. I then had brushed my teeth just in time. Dan from United Wheelchair had arrived. I had grabbed my knapsack and lunch, out the door I went. I had arrived at WestSide at 10:00 a.m. Put my things in my locker and met Jodie in the gym for my p.t. session. Jodie first took my blood pressure 134 over 86. She then had me doing lunges. I then went into the parallel bars to work on my balance with some heel to toe stepping and sidestepping. Jodie then had me doing toe raises. I then experienced and aura as I was doing so. Symptoms were sick feeling to my stomach, and metal taste in my mouth. At 11:00 I then went to the art and crafts room for expressive arts. Today we continued to work on our popcycle stick pumpkin. We had painted the popcycle sticks today that had already were place on the cardboard. At 12:30 I then had taken a shower and ate my lunch before meeting with Deb. During my rehab session Deb I and continued to take pictures of my stretching exercises to be saved onto google sheets. At 1:00 I then began to feel sick from the aura I had. I had gone into John's office to rest. At 2:00 Dan from United took me home. I was scheduled to stay for therapy until 4:00. I had arrived home at 3:30. I had gone strait to bed, once inside. I had slept until 5:15 before getting up to eat dinner. I then called grandma before sitting down to blog.
