Strengthening the ankle
My Thursday morning began at 8:00 a.m. by taking the sheets off my bed. I then took my laundry to the laundry room so as to start a wash. I then made my way back to the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. While I was doing so, I had called my grandmother to see how her morning was going. At 8:30 I had then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a toasted muffin. Once I had finished eating, I had picked up the kitchen before returning to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and shave. At 9:00 I then hung the laundry to dry before starting another wash. I then went back to my bedroom so as to make my bed, thus putting on clean sheets. At 9:50 I then began to stretch. I did so for twenty minutes before doing my upper weight exercises. At 10:18 I then hung the sheets I had washed to dry. I then went to my bedroom to fill my pill containers for the week. At 10:50 I then preceded to do my ankle exercises. This is one set of exercises I hope begins to pay off soon. At 11:05 I then began to put some clean laundry away. After doing so, I then began to clean and organize the last cupboard space I had not touched in my bathroom. At 12:20 I had then taken a shower before having a bowl of soup for lunch. At 1:00 I had then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept until 3:30 before getting up to blog my day.
