My Wednesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa while eating my fruit. I then had peanut butter and honey on my english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and shave. At 6:30, I then began to stretch. Once I had completed my routine, I then began my weight exercises. At 7:15 I then had taken my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. Once I had cleaned my bathroom, I had started a load of laundry. I then brought my things to the door. At 8:00 I then hung the laundry to dry before leaving for the day. I had arrived at WestSide at 9;40 a.m. I had gone strait downstairs to put my things in my locker. I then went to the lobby to wait for my first appointment. At 10:30 I then met with Brenda. During the nursing session, she had first had taken my blood pressure, 110 over 84. I then showed Brenda the new medication my neurologist had put me on. I then shared some more of my book with her. At 11:00 I then went to the conference room for Brain Injury Education Group. Today Deb and Michelle had us posting up support groups through out the state. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area so as to eat my lunch. I then tok
