SWEET DREAMS

My Tuesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting up to stretch. After doing so, I had gone out into the kitchen so as to have some fruit and to drink my hot cocoa while my father had made me an omlet. Once I had finished eating, I then went back to my bedroom so as to take a shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. Once I was ready, I had grabbed my things and out the door I went. Upon my arrival to WestSide I had put my things in my locker before meeting with Brad fro counseling. After discussing how I had felt over certain social situation, we then did a mindfulness practice. At 10:00 I then met Liz in the gym for P.T. She first had me walk on the treadmill. I then stood on the erix mat with eye's open and closed working on my balance. She then had me put on five pound weights around my ankles before doing step ups. She then had me balancing on the bosu ball. At 11:00 my vision became blurry from the medication I am taking. Another challenge I am faced with during the course of my day. At 11:00 during expressive arts we did some coloring today. At 12:00 I had taken a shower before meeting with Sally to talk about my medication. At 12:30 I had then eaten my lunch while meeting with Deb. Today she helped me with an email to a friend. At 1:00 during Literature Group Laura had us each reading and discussing the book. At 2:00 during recreational therapy Danielle had worked with me correcting my book. At 3:00 During Creative writing Laura had us first Write anything on our minds. I had written a poem. At the end of my day, when I go home, I sit in my room, All alone, I listen to music even read a book, Out the window I might take a look, The phone might ring, I'll talk to a friend, But that's not to say, My day's come to an end, Go on face book, See who's to chat, Talk to my parent's, What's that? Then eat dinner, get ready for bed, Enter my blog, Before resting my head, Closing my eye's, Soon fast to sleep, Don't say a word, Won't hear a peep. GOOD NIGHT.
