Cleaning glassed during Brain Injury Education Group
My Wednesday morning began at 6:30 a.m. by going out into the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. I then had a bowl of cereal with a toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and shave before starting my workout. At 7:00 I then worked my upper body using my weights. I then strapped on my ankle weights so as to work my legs. Once I had finished, I then took my shower, thus getting ready to go to therapy. At 7:40 I then called my grandmother before sitting down to wait for my ride. Upon my arrival I had put my things into my locker before my nursing session with Brenda at 10:30. Breda had first taken my blood pressure. 130 over 90. She would like my to let Mass. General know that my diostolic has been 90 or above consistently. At 11:00 I then went to Brain Injury Education Group. Today Michelle and Deb had us first clean the glasses in which we use for visual simulation. We then laminated papers so as to use when explaining activities. I then worked on cleaning the mirrors, While other clients worked on there personal story. At 12:00 I had eaten my lunch, before taking a shower. I then attended support group from 1:00-2:00. I then left for home. I had arrived home at 3:15, thus going strait to bed. I had slept until 5:00 before getting up to eat dinner. I then called my grandmother at 6:20 before pulling up my blog.
