Finishing my easter wreath

My Tuesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting up to stretch. After doing so, I then shaved. At 5:42 I then began to work my upper body with weights. At 5:50 I then took my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. Once I was ready, I had gone out into the kitchen so as to eat my fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. I then had a bowl of hot cereal with with half of a toasted muffin. I then grabbed my things and Dan took me to WestSide. I had arrived there for 8:45. Once I had put my things into my locker I had gone back to the lobby to wait. It was snow day yesterday so I had asked if I could meet with Piper. Once my case management session was done, I then met with Brad. Today we first discussed my doctors appointment in Boston before doing a mindfulness practice. At 10:00 I then went to the gym for my P.T. session with Liz. I first rode the new step for thirty minutes. She then had me standing on the bosu ball working on my balance. She first had me doing squats with legs hip width apart. She then had me doing single leg stands on the bosu. Once the workout was complete, Liz had me stretch. At 11:00 I then went to the arts and crafts room for expressive arts. Today we completed our easter wreaths by stuffing fake grass in between the eggs. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area so as to eat my lunch. I then took a shower before meeting with Deb for my support session. We talked about my doctors appointment in Boston. Everyone was commenting on how good I looked today now that I am off the medication I was recently put on. I must me allergic. It always made me feel like vomiting twelve hours after taking it. At 1:00 I then went to the conference room for Literature group. Today Laura had us taking turns reading and discussing the book we are now reading. At 2:00 During my recreational therapy session with Tobie, she and I looked up pictures to put in my book. At 3:00 During creative writing group Laura first had us free write. We then each drew four pieces of paper with words on them. We then had to write using the four words in our writing. I then grabbed my things at 4:00 then Dan took me home. I had arrived home at 5:12 thus getting comfortable before sitting down to eat dinner. I then pulled up my blog.
