Setting up presentations during B.I.E. Group

My Wednesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. By going out into the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocao while eating some fruit. I then had a bowl of cereal with a toasted muffin. At 6:30 I then took my shower Thus getting ready for the day ahead. I was unable to exercise do to a bad nights sleep. At 6:45 I then brushed my teeth before sitting down to wait for my ride. I was able to catch a little sleep while waiting. My ride showed up at 9:15. Upon my arrival to WestSide, I had put my things into my locker before meeting with the Nurse. I had mentioned to Brenda the date of my next appointment at Mass. General. We then discussed the medication the doctor had taken me off and what I am now taking. Brenda then took my blood pressure, 120 over 90. At 11:00 I then went to the conference room for Brain Injury Education Group. Today we had set up three presentations out in the community. One on May 6 in Mexico Diversity days. The next one at the University at Southern Maine in front of some Theraputic Rec students. The next on June 20 in front of the Scrub Club at Franklin Memorial Hospital. We then went over one handed activities. We then laminated the explanation. T 12:00 I then took my shower  before eating lunch. At 1:00 during support group, we spoke about our week with Brad and Deb. I had arrived home at 3:15, thus going strait to bed. I had slept until 5:30 before getting up to eat dinner. I then returned to my bedroom so as to blog at 5:50. I was scheduled to attend an event at Westside tonight, but was not feeling all that well. I am glad I came home.
