Harvesting vegetables from the garden
My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting to to my upper weight exercises. After doing so I then stretched before strapping on my anle weights so as to work my legs. Once i had completed my workout, I then took my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:10 I had made my way into the kitchen so as to drink my cocoa while eating some fruit. I then had a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth before grabbing my lunch and duffle bag and out the door I went. Upon my arrival to WestSide, I had put my things into my locker before going outside to the garden with gardening group. Today Tobie had us first sorting share vegetables before going out to the garden so as to water the plants. We then picked herbs, basil, parsley, and oregano. Once we had picked vegetables, we had brought them inside to the kitchen to put on trays for clients to take home with them. At 10:00 I had gone to the conference room for memory strategies group. Today I was the only client that showed up, so Michelle and I went on the A.A.R.P. website so as to play the memory game tower of babel/split words. At 11:00 I had stayed in the conference room for Brain Injury Education Group. Today Michelle had us goiong through a folder, thus sorting papers and old hand outs. We then chose to recycle or keep them. At 12:00 noon, I had gone to the kitchen so as to eat my lunch. After doing so, I then had taken a shower before going back to the conference room for support group. Today we had talked about giving comfort, encouragement, confrontation, during the first half. We then checked in letting everyone know about our week. At 2:00 United wheelchair had taken me home. I had arrived home at 3:00 p.m. thus pulling up my blog to type of my day.
