What is the plan?

My Tuesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then preceded to do my upper weight exercises. I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to work my legs. At 5:40 I then shaved and showered thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:00 I then made my out into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. Once my bathroom was picked up, I had sat to fill my pill cases for the week ahead. I then grabbed my things and out the door I went. Upon my arrival to WestSide, I had told the receptionist that I would not be able to make it to the Rang Pond outing on Friday do to my doctor's appointment in Scarborough. I then sat in the lobby to wait for my first therapy. At 10:00 I then had an exercise session with Den down in the gym. I had first road the Nu Step for thirty minutes going .98 miles. I then went into the parallel bars so as to work on my balance as I stood on an erix pad. I then balanced on a board so as to keep my body straight as though I had a glass of water on each shoulder. At 12:00 I then went into the dining area to eat my lunch. After doing so I had met with Daniel for my P.T. We had worked on balance by standing on erix pad. I then worked on my strength. At 1:00 during literature group Laura had us read chapter 11. We were then given questions to answer for chapters 10 and 11. At 2:00 I then met with Tobie for recreational therapy. She and I continued to planning for an activity I am doing. At 3:00 Dan from United Wheelchair took me home. I had arrived home at 4:00 thus taking a shower once I had walked through the doors. I then sat down to blog before dinner.
