My Monday morning began at 5:15 a.m. By getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then preceded with my weight work out first my upper body then lower. At 6:00 I then shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. United wheelchair had soon arrived to get me to WestSide for 9:30 a.m. I then put my things into my locker before going to the river walk with walking to wellness group to do to some walking. It was a littl cooler this week so as to complete the entire time. We had arrived back to WestSide for 11:00 a.m. At 11:00 during my rehab session with Nurse Brenda who was filling in, we first talked about my neurologist appointment I had Friday with Dr. Selvitelli. We then practiced making balloon animals for an event that is comming up. At 11:00 Daniel helped me get a picture for the cover of the story I had made up in creative writing. At 12:00 I had taken a shower before eating my lunch. At 1:00 during my rehab time, Brenda had filled in for Deb. Today we worked on memory tasks while ing aging in a game. We then worked on organization. At 2:00 During cog skills group, I had played worse case scenario. Laura had asked us questions and we had answer them. At 3:00 I then met with Piper my case manager. She had me signing a bunch of releases to give her permission to speak to certain people at any point and time. At 3:15 I then went to the conference room so as to type my daily entry while waiting to go home.
