Learning about the brain

My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then preceded with my weight workout. Once I had completed my workout, I then did my back stretches. After doing so, I had shaved before sitting down so as to fill my empty pill containers for the week ahead. At 6:00 I had taken a shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:30 I had gone into the kitchen once I was ready so as to eat some fruit, I then had a bowl of hot cereal with a piece of toast. At 7:00 I had returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then grabbed my things and meet United Wheelchair at the door at 7:30. I had arrived at WestSide at 9:00 a.m, thus going strait to my locker so as to put my things before going to the gym for my P.T. session with Danielle. Danielle first had me on the Nu Step peddling. I did so for twenty minutes before walking around four cones that were set up in a square. I did so forward and backwards. I then stood on an errix pad in the parallel bars. While doing so, I had done some marching on the errix pad. At 10:00 I had taken a shower before meeting with Michelle at 10:15 for a rehab session. Today we had gone on my I Pad. When to clear running programs and how to was todays lesson. Double click home button the swipe to errase running program. We then went on pin trist. I had taken a cookie recipe and pinned it to the correct board. We then went to bullet journaling. I then showed Michelle on my I Pad how to play chess against the computer. At 11:00 I had gone to the conference room for Brain Injury Education Group. During group Michelle and Laura had talked to us about the frontal lobe and how it controles speaking, process emotions, behavior, problem solving, attention, concentration, and judgement. We then talked about the Tempral Lobe controles memory, and understanding. Periatal lobe controls controles smell, touch, how you perceive, visual perception, and depth. Occipital Lobe controls sight. Sara bellum controles balance, movement, vision, spinal cord, Brain Stem, Breathing, Heart, Sleep, and wake. We then planned for upcoming presentation in March at WestSide. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area so as to eat my lunch. I then took a shower before Artsy Artisans. Today they had us making valentines project. At 2:00 during my session with Kassandra we continued to work on my book. At 3:00 during holiday decorating Michelle and Brenda had us working on the valentines board to hang up in the lobby so that clients writ one thing that they are great full for WestSide for. At United then took me home. I had arrived home at 5:00. Once I was comfy I then ate dinner. I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
