Reading the book The Lion the Which and the Wardrobe

My Tuesday morning at 4:30 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then worked my upper body, saving my lower body for my therapy at WestSide. At 5:20 I then shaved before taking a shower. At 6:00 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit before having a bowl of hot cereal with half of an english muffin. At 6:42 I had returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth, I then sat down to wait for my ride. United Wheelchair had arrived at my doorstep at 7:30 a.m. I had arrived at WestSide at 8:50, Just enough time before my first appointment. During my counseling session with Leeor we discussed what ever was on my mind. At 10:00 I had made my way to the gym for my P.T. session with Dan. Dan first had me on the Nu Step for ten minutes. I then went on the treadmill to do some running. Things are working out much better with the orthotics in my shoes. My feet are able to clear but I am still having a hard time with my breathing. I am anxious to see how I do outside this summer. I had experienced some pain in my right ankle while running today, so Dan had me doing ankle stretch's after my run. At 11:00 I had gone to the arts and crafts room ro expressive arts. Today Michelle had us working on our projects for Valentines Day. Which unfortunately we were unable to finished on time do the number of snow days we had. At 12:00 During my nursing session with Nancy who was filling in for Sally She had taken my blood pressure and I had told her of the Seizure I had lest week in the doctor's office. At 12:30 I then went to the kitchen so as to eat my lunch before taking a shower. At 1:00 during literature group, Laura had first revewed the bood we had just finished and the movie we watched of Tuck Ever lasting. We then read the first two chapters in the book "The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe." We had answered the questions to chapter one in group and the Laura sent us home to answer questions to chapter two on our own over the week. At 2:00 during my recreational therapy session with Tobie We had worked on a liesure activity list of things that I would be interested in doing. We also went on pin trist. At 3:00 I was called to the loby to go home one hour earlier then I was scheduled to. I then went to my locker to get my things and out the door I went. United Wheelchair had me home at 4:30. I had gone to my bedroom to put on something comfortable before going out into the kitchen to eat dinner. I then returned to my bedroom so as to type my daily blog entree.
