Meeting with Nurse Sally

My Wednesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. By getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then worked my upper Body with my weights before shaving and taking my shower. Once I was ready for the day ahead, I then dropped a drop in each Eye before leaving camp to go home with my sister at 7:20 so that United Wheelchair could pick me up to go to WestSide Nourorehab for therapy. We had arrived home at 7:50. United was there at 7:50 and I was on my way. Upon my arrival, I had Met with Nurse Sally who was filling in for a rehab session. It is always nice to catch up with Sally. She had first called My Primary care doctor with so as to set up some blood work. She then checked my blood pressure which was 124 over 78. She Then had me rid of of my inhaler and to check my other ones at home. She then let me know to listen to messages at home so As to get lab work report. At 11:00 I then went to the conference room for Brain Injury Education Group. Today Laura filled In for Michelle. We spoke about our last two presentations before watching a video on brain injury. At 12:00 I then left For home. I had arrived home at 1:00 then went to camp with my sister who was at home waiting for me. Once we were at camp I had lunch before brushing my teeth and laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:50-4:30 before getting and typing in my Daily entry.
