Stepping on the bosu ball
My Monday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing I had shaved. I had to skip my weight exercises, because my weights were at camp. At 6:00 I had taken my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. Once I was ready, I had gone into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. I then had a bowl of hot cereal before returning to my bedroom At 6:45 I had brushed my teeth before wiping down my bathroom. At 7:00 I then did an extra set of back stretch's. I then used my inhaler and put the eye drops in my eyes before leaving to go to WestSide. I had arrived at WestSide at 9:55 a.m. I had made my way strait to the gym for my P.T. session with Dan. Dan first had me do twenty minutes on the Nu Step. After a miles workout, Dan then took my blood pressure 120 over 80 same as when he took it before I worked out. Dan then had me stepping on the bosu ball. He then had me walking heel to toe in the hall way so as to work on my balance. At 11:00 I then went to the conference room for Bullet Journaling with Kala. Today Kala had me write write a poem describing a sunset. At 12:00 I then left for home. I had arrived home at 1:10. Once inside my mother had given me some sardines and crackers for lunch. Once I had finished
eating I then lied down to rest. I had slept from 1:30-4:30 before waking. I then called United to see what time I was to be picked up tomorrow. 7:45 a.m. pick up. I then eaten dinner with my mother before taking a shower. I then spoke to my grandmother before pulling up my blog.
