Painting a flower
My Wednesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:20 I then found myself in the kitchen eating a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. After doing so, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth, plus do all of the other little things that go along with my morning routine. At 8:30 I then left for WestSide Neuro. I had arrived at 9:44a.m. For a 10:00 a.m. rehab session with Michelle. She was not in today so I had joined paint group with Kala. Today she had us painting a flower on canvas. After doing so, I then went to the conference room for Brain Injury Education group. There again Michelle was not in so we had coverage. Mallisa had us doing a cognitive task not knowing what the plan was. At 12:00 I then left for home. I had arrived home at 1:10. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:10-4:30 before waking. I then went into the kitchen to have a bowl of soup. After doing so I had taken a shower before sitting down to type in my daily blog entry.
