The first day of a new group therapy, "The WestSide Journal"

My Monday morning began at 4:30 a.m. by taking a puff of my inhaler so as to get some air into my lungs. I then put some eye drops into my eyes and out the door I went. My father and I had left camp at 4:30 a.m. Once I was home at 5:00 I had filled my pill containers for the week. At 5:30 I then took a shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:00 I then ate breakfast. At 6:30 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then sat to wait for my ride. At 7:30 I then left the house for WestSide Neuro Rehab. Upon my arrival at 8:45. They had me in a new group therapy this morning. The goal of the group was to put together a magazine or paper with information of happenings around WestSide monthly. We had come up with name, "WestSide Journal." We then posted brochures around WestSide so as to inform clients of the group and letting them know how they could contribute to the magazine. We then went to an empty room to talk about holidays. At 11:00 Jessica had me sit in on nifty knitters with her. A group that she had to cover during my time with her. During this time Jessica had written in my journel. At 12:00 I then left for home. I had arrived home at 1:17. Once I had a bite to eat, I had brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept until 4:15 before waking. I had taken a shower so as to help me wake up before eating dinner. At 5:30 I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
