coconut pancakes

My Saturday morning began at 6:46 a.m. by taking two tylenol too help with the back pain that I was experiencing. It is amazing how one little jolt can disturb any part of your body. Oh, that darn ski accident. Now giving me back pain. The chiropractor said any little jolt could disturb anything in your body. I am lucky I did not break a bone. I had slept for two hours more before waking at 9:00. I then went into the kitchen so as to drink my hot chocolate while eating some fruit. I then had coconut pancakes. After making my bed on my knees, I then brushed my teeth, I then took in some air. I then carefully stretched my back and other parts of my body. After putting in some eye drops I then made my move in words before helping my mother make some beds. I had done so on my knees. At 10:36 I had spoken to my grandmother before dusting my bedroom. At 11:00 I had continued to stretch. before shaving. At 12:00 I then had eaten some lunch before laying down to rest. I did so from from 12:45-5:45. I then took two advil for the back spasm I was having along with the headache. I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
