Working on my story
My Wednesday morning began ast 5:30 a.m. by stretching. I then worked my upper body before doing my back stretch's. At 6:00 I then shaved before taking my shower while sipping on my hot cocoa. I then went into the kitchen once I was ready so as to have some fruit and fruit dip. I then enjoyed some hot cereal and a piece of toast. After doing so, I then returned to my bedroom at 7:00 so as to brush my teeth, take in some air, and to put some eye drops in my eyes. At 7:40 my sister had called. We spoke briefly, I then folded some laundry in the dryer. Once I had put it away I then grabbed my knapsack and met my ride outside. Upon my arrival at 10:00 a.m. I had met Michelle in the lobby. We then found a room and began to work on my story that I share during my presentations we do in Brain Injury Education Group out in the community. At 11:00 Michelle and I then went to the conference room to meet the others for Brain Injury Education Group at 11:00. We started the group by reading my updated version of my story. We then heard an announcement over the intercom to let clients know that Cafe is back on Friday. We then continued discussion. We spoke about presentations in schools or nursing homes. At 12:00 I then left for home. I had arrived home at 1:30. Once I had eaten my lunch I had brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:45-4:30. I then took a shower before eating dinner. At 5:30 I then pulled up my blog and began to type.
