talking at a mobility device during res therapy
My Tuesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. I then worked my upper body before shaving. At 5:52 I then continued to get ready by taking my shower before going into the kitchen so as to eat some as I continued to drink my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had a bowl of hot cereal along with a toasted biscuit. At 6:50 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and lubricate my eyes. I then took two tylenol for a headache I was having before heading out the door. United Wheelchair had me at WestSides doorstep at 9:00 a.m. I had gone right in to meet with Clark. We had started a game of chess, but did not have enough time to come right down to a winner, but if you had to chose one, I guess you could sat that I did. Clark and I are pretty much evenly matched. At 10:00 I then had my recreational therapy session with Tobie. We had first spoke about the Afari Mobility Devise. This is a three wheeled devise resembling a bike. It helps people with disabilities be able to run and walk and be more active. We then spoke about main adaptive sports doing an outreach program so as to show people this devise at WestSide. Next during my time with Tobie, I will either be joining the Tai Chi Group orhaving a planning session with Tobie. At 11:00 I had gone to the craft room for Expressive Arts. Today Michelle had us working on painting parts that we had to make our snow flakes. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to meet my ride. I had arrived home at 1:11. After eating a B.L.T. I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:30-3:50. I then took a shower before having a plate of spaghetti. I then returned to my bedroom, pulled up my blog and began to type.
