Talking to a ski coach at Hanaford
My Friday morning began at 8:00 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit with fruit dip. After doing so, Ithen toasted myself an English muffin to go along with my bowl of cereal and banana. Once I had finished eating, At 9:00 I then picked up the kitchen before staring the dish washer. After doing so, I had brushed my teeth before sitting down to watch the Christmas movie “Christmas Connection.” At 9:22 I then shaved before starting in with my back stretches. At 9:40 I then continued with my daily stretching that I have been doing since my stroke. At 10:00 I then put in my eye and nose drops before using my inhaler to take in some air. At 10:05 I then sat down to fill my pill containers for the upcoming week. At 10:12 my mother had called from work to let me know that she would be picking me up at noon. At 1f0:15 I had spoken to my grandmother before talking to a friend who had called. At 10:40 I then took a shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 12:00 my mother had arrived to take me to Hanaford so as to pick up some medication. At 12:45 We then made another stop to pick up a gift card I was to send to a friend for his birthday. While at Hanaford I had run into a ski coach from when I was on the Race team with Maine Addaptive. He was on his way up to Sugar Loaf to do some skiing. At 1:10 we had arrived home.. Once I had eaten my lunch, I had filled out the birthday card I had bought. At 1:40 I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept until 4:46 before getting up to eat dinner. At 5:10 I then returned to my bedroom so as to type my daily blog entry.
