Writing a poem in Brain Injury Education Group
My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then continued to get ready for the day ahead. At 6:00 I had gone into the kitchen so as to have some fruit with my cocoa before a bowl of cereal and a half of a muffin. At 6:30 I had returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then wiped my bathroom down. I was then experiencing not only back pain but some head pain as well, on the side of the head that I had put through the wall. I then took two Advil to hopefully rid the pain. I then left for WestSide. Upon my arrival at 9:00 a.m. I had met with Nancy for Visually Impaired Group. The other group member was not there today, so I had worked with Nancy alone. I had first called Dr. Seally to see what the status was on my Cain. I then went on line to read story’s about visually impairment. Nancy then gave an application so that I could fill out for books on tape. At 10:00 I then filled out the application for books on tape with Michelle during our rehab session. At 11:00 During Brain Injury Education Group I had written a group poem while the other clients worked with Michelle. At 12:00 I then went home. I had arrived home at 1:00. Once I was settled I then had a bite to eat. I then brushed my teeth before taking a shower at 1:30. I then found myself in bed at 1:45. I had slept until 4:30 before waking. I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
