Organizing my workout equipment
My Thursday morning began at 9:00 a.m. by goint into the kitchen so as to make myself a cup of hot cocoa to go with my fruit. Once I had had finished eating my fruit, I then had made myself peanut butter and honey on a toasted blueberry muffing and half of a english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 9:40 so as to brush my teeth and shave. At 9:53 I then made my bed. After doing so, I had put some clean laundry away. At 10:20 I then began to do my back stretches. At 10:45 I had cycled for fifteen minutes. My mother had arrived home at 11:00. I then went to my bedroom to organize my weights and stretching exercises equipment in a box. I then put the box in my closet. At 12:00 I then put my eye and nose drops in before taking two puffs of my inhaler. I then went into the kitchen so as to have a bowl of soup for lunch while watching the news. At 12:30 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 13:40-4:00. This new seizure medication I am on a killer. I am not having anymore seizures, but I am always tired. Once I was awake, I then went to sit on our deck with my father. AT 4:30 I then took a shower, before dinner. My mother had made a homemade pizza..After two slices, I had returned to my bedroom so as to pull up my blog at 5:45 so as to type of my day.
