Talking to Nurse Sally
My Tuesday morning began at 9:00 a.m. I had gone into the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. After doing so, I had peanut butter and honey on toasted brown bread. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom at 9:45 so as to brush my teeth and shave. At 10:00 I had made my bed. After doing so, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking two puffs of my inhaler. At 10:07 I hten began to do my stretches that have helped me each morning since having my last stroke. At 10:20 I then began to do my back stretches. AT 10:38 I then cleaned my bathroom cupboard. At 10:00 I then received a call from Nurse Sally to see how I was doing during all of this. She let me know a little about what is going on upcoming at WestSide. She was then letting me know of another way to face time through a new online chat called doxy. At 11:11 I had sent out a friend request. At 11:30 I then went outside to stack some wood with my father. At 12:00 I then went inside to eat lunch. After doing so, I then returned to my bedroom at 12:30 so as to brush my teeth and take a shower. At 12:40, I then put some clean laundry away before laying down to rest. I had slept from 12:55-3:55 before waking. I then played a game of cribbage with my mother before eating dinner. At 5:43 I then returned to my bedroom so as to pull up my blog and type of my day.
