a variety of kinesio tape on my ankle

 My Wednesday morning began at 7:45 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. At 8:00 I then had a toasted english muffin with strawberry cream cheese on it. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth At 8:23 I then made my bed. After doing so, I then did my easy back stretches. At 8:40 I then wrote out some Christmas cards, while waiting to speak with Frank at 10:00 a.m. While talking we came up some questions to ask my Physical Therapist questions pertaining to my A.F.O. when I receive it. We then spoke about things that make me happy. Christmas movies. We also spoke about how I felt the night I had my stroke and when I heard the sirens from the ambulance. as it pulled inoto my driveway. We then talked about a conditioned response for next week. At 10:56 I then took a shower before having a bowl of soup and some salad. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. I then lied down to rest. I had slept from 11:47-12:36. I then left for p.t. with my father. At 12:55 we had arrived. Once we had called in and I had answered all the questions pertaining to covid-19. I then went inside to. work with Ian. During my P.T. session, Ian first had me on the Nu Step for for eight minutes on level 8. Ion then had me in the parallel bars standing on an erix mat with my eyes closed and open turning my head in every direction. Ion then had me doing toe taps on the bosu ball. He then turned the bosu ball on the round side, so that I was standing on the flat side rocking back and fourth trying to hold my balance. He then had me stepping over the line hurdle. Once the session was over, Ian then change the conisio tape on my foot and ankle. Ian did not have enough of one color, so today I have the beige, pink, and blur all wrapped around my foot and ankle. Ian then let me know that I am making improvements in my balance, Better control of foot, Able to challange loner. He then said the A.F.O. will offer better normalized walking at the foot. I then left for home at 1:00 arriving home At 2: 12. After writing out a couple more Christmas cards I then took some pictures of my foot with all of the colored tapes on it. At 2:50 I then took a shower before talking to a friend on the phone. At 3:21 I began to type up my blog. I then played a game of cribbage with my mother at 3:57. At 4:40 I then ate dinner before finishing my blog.
