My Friday morning began at 9:15 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to eat my fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. Then after eating a toasted english muffin with peanut butter and honey on it, I then returned to my bedroom at 9:40 to brush my teeth and shave before making my bed. At 10:07 I then began to do my easy back stretches that I had learned from a chiropractor. At 10:09 I began to do my stroke stretches. At 10:23 I then continued to stretch by doing my more intense back stretches. I then wrapped up my workout with my new P.T. stretches. At 10:35 I then took a shower so as to get ready for the day ahead. At 12:00 noon I had listened to some Christmas music while waiting to go to physical therapy. I had left for P.T. with my father at 12:30. We had arrived Franklin commons at 12:50. Once in physical therapy Tamara first had me riding on the Nu Stop. After a ten minute ride on level nine bumped up from level eight last week, Tamara then had me doing twenty squats counting to five seconds for each squat. Tamara then showed me two new home exercise to do with a yellow thara band. First bridges then clam shells using a yellow thera band for resistance . At 1:52 I then I then left P.T. with my father, arriving home at 2:10. I then help my father put his snow plow on his truck. At 2:18 I then lied down to rest and slept until and slept 4:18. After taking a shower I then played a game of cribbage with my mother. At 5:30 I then ate dinner with my parents. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 6:07 to blog of my day.
