My Wednesday morning morning began at 5:30 a.m. by going into the kitchen to drink a hot cup of apple cider while eating some fruit. After doing so, I then I had eaten three crepes with half of a banana. At 5:50 I then did my back stretches before doing my stretches that I have been doing since having my stroke. At 6:00 I then brushed my teeth before taking my shower and shaving so as to get ready for the day ahead. At 6:22 I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 6:30 I then puft and ice pack on my back. At 7:30 United Wheelchair had arrived. FEW!!! I am so glad it was not any other means of transportation. I had arrived at WestSide at 8:40. At 9:00 I then went to the kitchen with another client. Today Keileigh had us making meatball lasagna with honey spiced acorn squash. Once the meal was made, we sat down to eat. We then looked up a recipe for next week. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to meet the United driver who would be taking me home. At 12:20 we first dropped off a client from WestSide in Sabbatus. At 2:11 I finally arrived home. Once inside, I had gone strait to my bedroom to lay down to rest. I had slept from 2:20-4:00. Once I had taken a shower and was comfortable for the night, I went in the kitchen to have a bowl of corn chowder for dinner. At 4:50 I then called WestSide to tell Kala that I needed a certain day off for an upcoming Doctors appointment. At 5:00 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
