My Saturday morning began at 10:00 a.m. by going into the kitchen to some fruit while drinking a cup of tea. After doing so, at 10:10 I then had an egg cup with some toasted cheese bread. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 10:30 to brush my teeth. Once I had put in my eye and nose drops, I took in two puffs of air with my inhaler before making my bed. At 10:48 I had sat down at my desk to fill my empty pull containers for the week. At 11:10 I began to do my back stretches. Once my back was loosened up, I had put some clean laundry away before doing my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. At 11:45 I had watched Sunday Mass for the weekend on line. At 12:20 I had shaved before putting an icepack on my back from 12:40-12:55. I then spoke to a friend who had called for a half an hour before laying down to rest at 1:30. I had slept for two hours before waking at 3:30 so as to take a shower and get comfortable for the night. I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day before eating that Saint Patricks Day meal.
