Talking about setting a new goal for P.T. with Dan

 My Tuesday morning began at 9:00 a.m. by going into the kitchen, so as to eat my fruit while drinking a hot cup of cider. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal with a toasted half of a bagel. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 9:30 to make my bed. After doing so, I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 10:00 I then began to do my back stretches. At 10:15 I then continued with my stroke stretches. Once I had finished my workout, I then took a shower at 10:30 before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had down so, I then took in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 11:00 I then listened to my audio book for an hour before having some hummus with some crackers. After doing so, I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. I then slept for an hour before waking at 1:30. At 1:45 April from United Wheelchair had arrived to take me to Westside. Upon my arrival at 3:00, I had met Dan in the lobby. We then went to the gym for my P.T. session. Once in the gym, Dan strapped a gate belt around my waist He then had me walk 425 feet plus before taking a seat to rest in the gym. He then went to get me a drink. I then went into the parallel bars to do step ups from block to another without holding on. After my workout in the parallel bars, he then walking the hall again. My legs were a little tired and wobbly. He then had me walking the perimeter of the downstairs. Next week Dan said to bring a hat and sunscreen to go walking outside. At 4:00 I then left with Derick from United Wheelchair. I had arrived home at 5:15. Once in my bedroom, I had taken a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. I then went into the kitchen to eat a hamburger for dinner with my parents. At 5:54 I then returned to my bedroom to blog of my day.
