Walking outside during P.T.

 My Thursday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting up and making my bed. After doing so, I began to do my back stretches. At 5:41 I had started in with my stroke stretches. Once I had finished my morning workout, I went into the kitchen at 6:0 a.m. to eat my fruit while drinking a cup of hot apple cider. After doing so, I then had an egg cup with half of a toasted english muffin. At 6:23 I then returned to my my bedroom to brush my teeth and shave. Once I had taken a shower and was dressed for the day in my physical therapy clothing, I had put on some sum screen, because Dan and I would be going outside today. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. I then went into the entry way in the garage to wait United Wheelchair to arrive. Upon my arrival to Westside, I had my temperature taken 97.3. Dan then met me in the lobby fro my P.T. session. We had first went outside. Dan then strapped the gate-belt around my waist. Once we had walked on the uneven surface outside, we then went inside to walk around the perimeter of the building. After doing so, we had gone into the gym. Dan then had me in the parallel bars putting one foot onto the bosu ball with one hand on the bars. Dan then times me. Dan then had me standing sideways in the parallel bars walking side to side looking at a pole on left and then right. Dan then had me look strait ahead waking. Dan then ended the session by having me walking around the perimeter of the downstair once again. Then he had me rate how tired I was from a scale between 1-10. I said ten. At 11:00 I then went to the conference room for cribbage group with Erin. I had played a game with with Erin while the other two clients played. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to catch my ride home. Upon my arrival home at 1:30 I had arrived home. Once I had eaten my lunch, I went into my bedroom to brush my teeth and lay down to rest. I had slept from 1:45-4:00. Once I was upt I had taken a shower. After playing a game of cribbage with my mother, we had eaten dinner. Once I had finished doing so, I then returned to my bedroom at 5:40 to blog of my day.
